To become a member simply download the student or staff membership form below, complete it and return it with the appropriate membership fee and two photographs, to the Students’ Union Office at Newton Park.  Alternatively, pick up a form from the Students' Union Office.

As part of your membership registration process all new members must undergo a 30 minute induction on the safe use of the gym equipment.

Induction sessions are held on a regularly basis to suit new members, to ensure you only have to wait a day or so before you can start to use the gym.

Please write a preferred induction session on your membership form. Please note inductions normally start on the hour or half past the hour.

One of our team of instructors is available for inductions or for giving general advice regarding the equipment or exercise during our core opening hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday -Term Time.
