The Union has an online form to deal with the increasing number of complaints regarding the bus services in Bath.
We aim to make it easier for students and staff at Bath Spa University to complain about the bus service, as well as providing the Union with a historical picture of complaints. We can use this information in future negotiations with the bus companies.
We want to hear from you if:

you have not been able to catch a bus because it was overcrowded.

a driver has been rude to you.

you waited for a bus that never turned up.

you think you pay too much for the bus.

you missed a lecture because the bus was late.

you have any other complaint you want raised with the bus company.
Bath Spa University Students' Union is in constant dialog with the bus companies in Bath to improve the services. Any complaints submitted using the form will be investigated by the Union.
